| Appeal Process |
|
If you are not satisfied with a decision of the Board relative to benefits and or contributions, you have the right to appeal the decision. A notice of appeal must be made in writing to the:

Road Town, Tortola
British Virgin Islands
An appeal must be made within 21 days of the Board’s decision.
